How long is the session?
ReForm Spin classes are approximately 60 minutes and that includes a warm-up, the main session, and a cool-down/stretching period.

 

How many Bikes are available, do I need to sign up for this class?

How often do sessions change?
Each class will vary and focus on different areas.

 

I’m afraid I won’t be able to keep up, can I peddle at my own speed?
As with our other classes, you control the intensity. You can take breaks and go at lower resistance or speeds to make sure you get the best workout for you.
