What type of equipment is used?
 We use a variety of equipment to keep the classes engaging and keep your body guessing. From kettlebells to tires, barbells to battle ropes, plyo boxes to medicine balls, we have a variety of equipment that can be used to maximize your potential.

 

What types of exercises are incorporated into the class?
We incorporate bodyweight exercises and some that include holding traditional weights. Some exercises can include squats, kb swings, push-ups, hollow holds, Russian twists, plus many moves that utilize the equipment listed above.

 

How long is the session?
Classes are about 60 minutes, which includes a warm up, the bootcamp, and a cool-down stretching time period.

 

Is there an experience level needed to participate in this class?
Any fitness level can participate in class. We offer modifications that allow people to make the exercises easier or harder, depending on what the individual needs.

 

What’s the class size?
Class sizes can range from 4 to 20, depending on how many ReForm friends show up.

 

Does this class focus on cardio, strength, or flexibility?
